The Storm Steering Committee is an advisory and operational committee of the Upper Island Soccer Association (UISA)
- The committee shall be chaired by a UISA director
- Each club in the South Region (Alberni Valley, Gabriola, Mid-Isle, Nanaimo and Oceanside) shall appoint one representative from their membership to be a voting member of the committee.
- The UISA Board in consultation with the Storm Steering Committee Chair may appoint an advisor(s) or Staff Liaison (maximum 3) to the committee, who shall participate as a non-voting member of the Committee.

Terms of Committee members:
All committee members shall be appointed for a period of one year, commencing after the UISA AGM.
The goal of the Storm Steering Committee is to oversee the operations of the Storm regional program. The Committee will advise the UISA executive and VIPL Committee with respect to the oversight of Storm.
